iriver Ships over 1 Million E100

On November 27, Reigncom (www.reigncom.com Myoung Woo Lee, CEO) announced that it had shipped its 1 millionth iriver E100, the all-in-one MP4 player. To mark the occasion, Reigncom plans to launch the iriver E100 Season 2, which comes in three colors and includes newly-added features.

Since its launch in March of 2008, iriver E100 has emerged as a hit product worldwide, thanks to its wide range of colors and its key features. 1 million players have now been sold in Korea and other regions, with the E100 gaining a remarkable level of popularity in overseas markets, as verified by the overseas shipment level of more than 50%. An all-in-one MP4 player that is designed in a European style, the iriver E100 is showing steady sales in Europe. It has gained the attention of European consumers with reasonable shopping patterns, and EU shipments have accounted for 35% of all overseas shipment.

iriver E100 Season 2, a special product to mark the shipment of 1 million iriver E100, is a bar-shaped premium product in three new colors (orange, silver, and white). Its reasonable price and practical design will make it as a winning gift item for the Christmas and New Year holiday season.

iriver E100 Season 2 has a 60.96mm (2.4in) TFT-LCD, and provides powerful multimedia functions such as a music and video player, a photo viewer, and a text viewer of iriver E100. It also offers all of the major features of iriver E100, including codec compatibility with FLAC, a built-in stereo speaker, a built-in mic, and a micro SD slot for memory scalability, thus building on the iriver E100¡¯s reputation as a practical all-in-one player.

The newly-added features of the iriver E100 Season 2 include a Study Mode to help language learners, as well as support for EBS tuner, Auto A-B Repeat, and Record features for students and adults who use EBS contents and other educational contents.

The iriver E100 Season 2 package includes the main unit, a headset, a USB cable, a CD, and the quick-start manual, and the price of the 2GB, 4GB, and 8GB versions are KRW 98,000, KRW 128,000, and KRW 158,000, respectively.
